Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Depending on delivery speed and time you placed your order, domestic orders arrive between 3-5 business days, but in some cases, it may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as shipping carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances. We always strive to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible ! International Orders can take between 4-7 business days. This does not include the customs and duties process which varies upon country.
I just placed an order – will I get a confirmation from you?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns. Please contact Customer Service via chat or email (customersupport@naylajewelry.com) if you have not received your confirmation emails .
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
What is your Returns & Refunds policy ?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@naylajewelry.com . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Deleting the order /Change of address
I just placed an order, but I selected the wrong item or need to change the shipping address. Can you change it? Can you cancel it ?

I am ordering several items that need to be shipped to different shipping addresses. How do I indicate that?
We are only able to accept one shipping address per order. If you need items to ship to different addresses, you will need to place them as separate orders.

How do I clean my Nayla Jewelry pieces ?
Jewelry Care & Storing
Preserve your Nayla Jewelry and Gemstones by avoiding contact with cleaning agents, beauty products, water, and chemicals. Gold plated sterling silver jewelry should be removed when bathing or applying lotions and perfumes to ensure a long-lastingshine. Remove jewelry prior to exercise, washing your hands, or swimming. We suggest storing your items in an airtight space, such as a container or a plastic bag which was included with your order. The airtight seal will prevent the oxidation reaction from daily exposure.
Cleaning Jewelry
The best way to clean gold plated jewelry is with a soft clothmade of cotton or fine fibers. Make sure the cloth is dry andvery gently scrub your jewelry. Please avoid chemical cleaners,as they can remove the finish of gold plated jewelry.
